DWSP

Construction is currently underway on the City's largest capital improvement project - the Delta Water Supply Project (DWSP).  This $200 million investment in the City's water infrastructure will provide a new supplemental high quality water supply for the Stockton Metropolitan Area.  The project includes an Intake and Pump Station Facility located on the San Joaquin Delta, several miles of large diameter pipe and a 30 million gallon per day water treatment plant.  Construction is anticipated to be completed by early 2012.
